Pillar 02 — The Stacks

Movement

Training frameworks, HIIT, weightlifting, and workout logs. The training life, not a curated highlight reel — real context of two busy people making it happen.

Movement Stack pennant

The work is not optional. Compounds and tracking amplify training — they don’t replace it. This pillar is the actual training life: what a week really looks like when two people with full schedules refuse to skip it.

What lives here

  • Workout logs — form, weight, and progress over time. The numbers, not the vibes.
  • Ruck POVs — SoCal outdoor training, Louie in frame.
  • Lifting — programming that respects recovery in midlife instead of pretending we’re 25.
  • Hot yoga — the recap format: what changed, what it cost, whether it earned its slot.
  • HIIT and conditioning — short, hard, scheduled.
  • Recovery — what rest days actually look like, and the mobility work that keeps the rest possible.
  • Travel fitness — hotel workouts and keeping the routine on the road.
  • Home-gym training — for people without a full facility.

The frame

A training week here is built around consistency over intensity theater. We batch what can be batched, log what can be measured, and show the plateaus alongside the progress. If a session gets skipped, the log says so.

Every Movement post carries the full context — sleep, stress, and fuel — because a lift never happens in a vacuum. The rest of the picture lives in Fuel, Optimization, and Mind.
